Reverb, A Genetic Opera
A body of work by artist Pearlyn Lii expressed through a series of performances, collaborations, and new media, in which mitochondrial DNA is transposed into song, as a regenerative bridge to our matrilineage.
Reverb: Episode 1
Working with Pearlyn from the early inception of this project, we have supported the ongoing creative development and production of this body of work resulting in a short film featuring curator Michelle Millar Fisher and multiple live performances at venues such as MoMA and NY Live Arts.
